Local Grapes We Use:
Calkarasi grape is a regional grape
variety grown in Cal, Denizli, Turkey. It has fruity character and
makes solid red wines with good fruit and structure.
Okuzgozu makes a wine that is dry, rich
in flavor and smooth as it finishes in your throat. Wines from this
grape are good for aging. It reminds Merlot and Cabernet somehow.
Sultaniye has fresh grape aromas along
with green apple aroma with fruity feelings.(WHITE)
BLENDS:
Okuzgozu-Bogazkere: it has a lot of
fruit up front, very rich cherries, fig and a hint of mushroom. Well
balanced with a nice backbone of acid and tannin The finish has a
long lasting and pleasing complexity in the mouth.
Okuzgozu-Calkarasi : Rich tastes of Okuzgozu and fruity Calkarasi creates full bodied, smooth dry
red wine with fresh fruit aromas.
Shiraz-Calkarasi: Feeling extraordinary
softness along with aromas of mango and peaches. Smooth and desiring
blend of two grapes.
